Community Well Being

 Introduction

Community Well-being in the Scottish Borders is addressed by the Community Health and Care Partnership (CHCP). The CHCP brings together a number of key partners who can address health care and health improvement, often most eftectively in partnership. For example, Learning Dissability Services and Mental Health Services are now delivered jointly, between NHS Borders and Scottish Borders Council. The CHCP meets every quarter, and a number of joint commissioning teams meet to progress the priorities addressed by the CHCP.

Members of the public can attend CHCP meetings.
